As a Licensed Psychologist, I help people solve real life problems. Although I utilize a variety of therapies and techniques which facilitate healing at all levels of mind, body, and spirit, ultimately it is the therapeutic relationship which makes the difference. I am experienced, creative and respectful of your process.

For over 25 years, I have assisted people just like you who may have experienced rejection, abandonment, criticism and failure. I am an open-minded, accepting and active therapist who can facilitate change and improve your sense of well-being.

People come to me for psychotherapy to help them with any number of different problems, including

  • Depression – to find hope, increase motivation
  • Fear and Anxiety, including performance anxiety and specific phobias, such as fear of flying
  • Panic attacks
  • Relationship issues
  • Bereavement and anticipatory grief
  • Habit control, e.g. smoking, weight loss
  • Cancer and other illnesses
  • Life Transitions, including new job, divorce, new location
  • Parenting issues
  • Self-Esteem problems

Finding the Help You Need

Most importantly, as I listen to you, I will tune in to your particular needs and issues. Each person’s problems are unique to them and over the years I have acquired a repertoire of approaches to psychotherapy.
